Rascal Flatts is a country band that was formed in 2000. The band consists of Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney. LeVox and DeMarcus, second cousins and close friends, are the co-founders of the group.
The two moved to Nashville, and like many other musicians, picked up odd jobs such as playing for other artists. DeMarcus and Rooney met when they both took jobs playing in Chely Wright's band.
From the first time they all sang together, they knew it was something good. From there, things really took off.

I like all country music, even the old stuff, so of course I like Rascal Flatts. I don't know a lot about the group just that I like their songs. My favorite is What Hurts the Most.
